The aim of the workshop is to encourage service providers and managers to make quality assurance (QA) an integral part of their thinking and day-to-day practice. At the same time it aims to introduce the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) approach to QA which they use on their inspections and which they would like service providers to adopt themselves as good practice.
In order to access to this workshop you need to be a registered user. Registration is free and takes less than a minute. The reason I’m asking people to register is that it is helpful for me get an idea of the level of interest in the whole area of QA and its relation to CQC inspections. However, you can still purchase and download the QA Mapping Tool without registering.
If you would like further information on how Therapeia can help you with any aspect of quality assurance, including preparing for CQC inspections or dealing with the aftermath of a not-so-good inspection, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I welcome any constructive feedback regarding the workshop, especially in terms of any improvements that you feel could be made to it, and whether you find it useful in helping you gain a better understanding of the whole CQC inspection process.
I hope you enjoy the workshop!
