Online QA Self-Assessment Pack


Therapeia’s online QA Self-Assessment Pack enables residential and home care managers and providers to conduct their own quality assurance (QA) reviews across all aspects of their services, using the CQC’s own methodology.

The primary goal of this Self-Assessment Pack is to encourage managers and providers to become more proactive and ‘hands-on’ in the quality assurance and governance of their services.  Ideally, QA should be a ‘24/7’ activity, rather than simply being driven by the next CQC inspection.  At the same time, using the resources in the Pack can help managers and providers prepare for their next CQC visit.  It can also provide a cost-effective alternative to third-party ‘mock inspections’.

Please note: if you are a new customer you will need to create an account before being able to proceed to the checkout.  This is because the QA Self-Assessment Pack in an online resource which requires a login to access and use it.



Once you have purchased your access to the QA Self-Assessment Pack you will be able to start using the resources in the Pack by clicking on the relevant button on the side menu on the main QA Self-Assessment Pack page.  If you are already logged in you will be able to start using the resources straight away, otherwise you will be asked to enter your login details.

Please note: payments can either be made with a valid credit/debit card through the Stripe payment gateway, which is a very tried, tested and secure online payment system, or by online bank transfer.  If you choose online bank transfer you will be presented with the payment details when you place your order and will be emailed an invoice.  Please contact Therapeia if you experience any difficulties in making payment.
